If your watch goes in the pool or the shower, ask about checking its water resistance when we change the battery — resealing and testing are available on request. And if the watch needs more than a battery, we handle full watch repair too, from bracelet sizing to movement service.

How long does a watch battery replacement take?
Typically while you wait. If you bring in several, we may need a little longer — leave them with us and we’ll call you, usually the same day.
Do you replace batteries in any brand?
Yes — any watch, any brand, from fashion watches to fine Swiss quartz pieces. Fine Swiss watches are fitted individually with the correct factory-spec battery.
What are the 1-year, 3-year, and lifetime options?
Three warranty lengths on the same battery: how long your replacement is covered. The lifetime option means that watch’s battery is on us for as long as you own it and it’s running properly — if a watch starts draining batteries quickly, that’s usually the movement asking for service, and we’ll tell you what’s going on before anything is done. Plans apply to everyday watches; fine Swiss pieces are priced per watch.
Do you test water resistance?
On request, yes — tell us when you drop the watch off and we’ll check and reseal it along with the battery.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed. Walk in any time during business hours at our Surprise location in the West Point Town Center.

Our store is located at 13761 W Bell Rd, Suite 205, Surprise, AZ 85374 in the West Point Town Center next to Sprouts. We serve customers from Surprise, Peoria, Sun City, Sun City West, Goodyear, Buckeye, and the entire West Valley. Get directions.
