V Jewelers offers SMS messaging to keep customers informed about orders, repairs, appointments, and occasional promotions. We only send text messages to customers who have provided express consent through one of the methods below.

Customers opt in through our online form. At vjewelersaz.com/text-us, the customer enters their name and mobile number and checks an unchecked consent box with this disclosure:
"Yes, I agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from V Jewelers about my orders, repairs, appointments, and occasional promotions at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help."
The customer is only enrolled after checking the box and submitting the form. We never sell or share opt-in data with third parties.
