How long does jewelry repair take?
Most common repairs — ring resizing, chain soldering, prong re-tipping — are completed in about 7–10 days. Simple jobs like watch battery replacement are usually done while you wait. Need it sooner? Ask about our express service. Complex restorations or luxury watch overhauls may take 1–2 weeks depending on parts and scope. We’ll give you an exact timeline with your free estimate.
How much does jewelry repair cost?
Watch batteries start at $20, ring resizing from $50, prong re-tipping from $40, and chain repair from $25. Cleaning and inspection are always free. Do you repair all watch brands?

Do I need an appointment for jewelry or watch repair?
No appointment needed. Walk in any time during business hours and we’ll look at your piece right at the counter. You’ll get a free estimate on the spot with no obligation. We’re open Monday through Saturday at our Surprise location in the West Point Town Center.
Do you ship pieces out for repair?
Never. Every repair is done in-house by Ed and Eddie at our on-site workshop — your piece never leaves the building. This is the biggest difference between us and chain stores that send your jewelry to third-party repair shops across the country.
What areas do you serve for jewelry and watch repair?
Our repair workshop is located at 13761 W Bell Rd, Suite 205, Surprise, AZ 85374 — in the West Point Town Center next to Sprouts. We serve customers from Surprise, Peoria, Sun City, Sun City West, Goodyear, Buckeye, and the entire West Valley. Walk-ins are welcome.
Is the repair estimate really free?
Completely free, every time. Bring in any piece — jewelry or watch — and we’ll inspect it, explain what it needs, and give you an honest price before any work starts.
