How much does a custom piece cost?
Custom jewelry can start as low as $500 for simple pieces and scale to whatever your vision and budget allow. The biggest cost factors are the stones (especially center diamonds), the metal type, and the complexity of the setting. We design to your budget — not the other way around — and give you one clear, all-in price before any work begins.
How long does a custom piece take to make?
Most custom pieces take 3–4 weeks from approved design to finished piece. Intricate designs or specially sourced stones may take a little longer. We'll give you a clear timeline at your consultation and keep you updated throughout.
Can I bring my own diamonds or gemstones?
Absolutely. Bringing your own stones is one of the most popular reasons people choose custom. We’ll evaluate, clean, and reset them into your new design. This is also the heart of every heirloom redesign we do.
Can you redesign a ring I already own?
Yes — heirloom redesigns are one of our specialties. Wherever your stones can be safely reused, we reset them into a brand-new design, and we’ll either refine your original gold or start with fresh high-purity metal for a flawless, lasting result. The piece is new, but all the meaning of the original comes with it.
What if I don't know exactly what I want?
That's the most common starting point — and it's exactly what the consultation is for. Bring a few photos you like (or none at all), tell us about the person and the moment, and we'll help shape your idea into a design.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. There's no cost or obligation for the initial consultation. Walk in, share your vision, see some sketches and ideas, and decide if you want to move forward. No pressure either way.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer flexible financing options for custom pieces, including 0% interest plans for qualified buyers. Contact us to learn what’s available.
Do my custom pieces come with a warranty?
Our lifetime care plan is available to cover everything on your piece for as long as there's metal to work with — even accidental damage like a trip through the garbage disposal. It's covered for the life of the piece, and you'll also receive a diamond grading report when applicable.

We’re located at 13761 W Bell Rd, Suite 205, Surprise, AZ 85374 — in the West Point Town Center, to the right of Sprouts Farmers Market. We design custom jewelry for clients across Surprise, Peoria, Sun City, Goodyear, Buckeye, and the broader Phoenix metro area. Plan your visit — walk-ins are welcome.
