We replace batteries in any watch, any brand — Citizen, Bulova, Seiko, Fossil, Movado, Michael Kors, Gucci, Invicta, Timex, and fine Swiss pieces alike.

Water resistance, on request
If your watch goes in the pool or the shower, ask about checking its water resistance when we change the battery. Opening a case breaks its seal, so resealing and pressure testing are worth doing on anything that gets wet.

How long does a watch battery replacement take?
Typically while you wait. If you bring in several, we may need a little longer — leave them with us and we’ll call you, usually the same day.
Do you replace batteries in any brand?
Yes — any watch, any brand, from fashion watches to fine Swiss quartz pieces. Fine Swiss watches are fitted individually with the correct factory-spec battery.
What are the 1-year, 3-year, and lifetime options?
Three warranty lengths on the same battery: how long your replacement is covered. The lifetime option means that watch’s battery is on us for as long as you own it and it’s running properly — if a watch starts draining batteries quickly, that’s usually the movement asking for service, and we’ll tell you what’s going on before anything is done. Plans apply to everyday watches; fine Swiss pieces are priced per watch.
How much is a watch battery replacement?
From $20, and you’ll have the exact price before we open the watch. Fine Swiss watches take a factory-spec battery fitted individually and are priced per watch.
My new battery died within a year — why?
Usually the watch, not the battery. A movement drawing more current than it should will keep eating batteries, and that’s the watch asking for service rather than another cell. Bring it in and we’ll tell you what’s going on before anything is done.
Do you replace smartwatch batteries?
No — smartwatches like Apple Watch, Samsung, and Fitbit have to go back to their manufacturer. Traditional quartz watches of any brand, we’re happy to help with.
Do you work on clocks?
We don’t repair clocks. If a clock simply needs a new battery, bring it in and we’ll take care of that.
Do you test water resistance?
On request, yes — tell us when you drop the watch off and we’ll check and reseal it along with the battery.

No appointment needed. Walk in any time during business hours at our Surprise location in the West Point Town Center.
